Hi
I am trying to install Jet Enterprise on a Windows Server 2008 R2. The server has internet access and the company uses a proxy server.
When trying to activate Jet Data Manager through the internet I get the following error:
—————————
Error
—————————
The remote server returned an unexpected response: (407) Proxy Access Denied.
—————————
OK
—————————
What protocols and ports is the activation using?
Cheers
Detlef

Jet Reports Historic Posts No replies from January? I'm having the same problem now and I would appreciate if someone comments on this post. Thanks :)

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello,
First I would like to apologize for the late reply.
Unfortunately proxy servers are not supported by Jet Data Manager. You will need internet access only in the beginning to authenticate the client and to download the initial Jet Enterprise project.
If it is an option, you can disable proxy for the server for a little bit to get these two tasks done.
Otherwise please contact us at enterprise@jetreports.com and we'll send you a license file and the project, so you can manually activate it. -
