Hi, I have run the standard Sales Dashboard report and am getting the PivotTable1 error … I've followed the fixes suggested in other posts but my error appears different: I can see my data in the Report tab and there is nothing to debug but in the Dashboard and Customer Sales tab it has not refreshed and still shows the Cronus data. Advice welcome …

If you click the "Design" button in the Jet Ribbon, do you still see your company data on the "Report" worksheet?
When you do this you should see a bunch of cells filled with formulas and things that don't look like your company data. If you see one that says "#VALUE!" click on that cell & hit debug.

Can you attach a copy of the Excel file to this thread? Please put it in 'design' mode so that it doesn't include any of your company data.

Sorry - this was an error in the sample report.
Attached is a revision which should work for you - please advise if it doesn't.
