Hi,
I'm working with Jet Essentials 2015 version 15.1.16013.0, connecting to a NAV database.
If i open a report made in previous version, then i'm not licensed for that datasource. If i select another database in the same datasource, then it changes to You are licensed for this datasource? If i then change back to the right database i remain licensed as designer. Saving the file and reopening does not help, i have to do the whole procedure of changing databases every time.
What could be the problem here?

Jet Reports Historic Posts When you go to the Datasource Settings and see (at the bottom) the text that states "You are not licensed for this data source"… click on that text.

When i change to another database in the same datasource then it turns green with another license number. Changing back to Original database and the license number remains the good one.
Saving after changing databases does not solve this. It always starts with the wrong license number. -

However, as those questions would involve details about your license number, what you're going to want to do is contact Jet Reports Technical Support (https://jetsupport.jetreports.com) to find out what version of NAV is in use and what license number NAV is using. -
