I have Hide+? in Cell B1.
When I schedule to run the report, all Hide columns and rows are deleted except Hide+? column.
That is I have a blank Column A in the new output file.
How do I get rid of it?

I have not found a way to eliminate this column - but you can minimize it.
With the report in design mode, resize the column to it's smallest possible possible width.
Remember, since you have already designed the report - you don't have to be able to read the data in that column.

Another workaround that is available is to 'WHITE OUT' the conditionally hidden column so that you don't see it.

The issue is this file will be upload to another program that has strict format.
I have 20 companies, which means 20 files monthly, manually deleting them will be unproductive.
Perhaps VBA code that will cycle through the files in the folder
