This is the error:
"The jet ribbon cannot be loaded. If this workbox contains macros, ensure that macros are enabled when the workbook is closed. to reload the jet ribbon please restart excel".
Previously, we were instructed to have macros enabled. One of the users was closing an Excel file with no jet formulas included, and the above message appeared. After selecting OK, the Jet ribbon disappears from the Excel menu bar.
