Filtering Dimension Values to return relevant Totalling rows

I want to build a hierarchy report using Dimension Values.

I want to return the Dimension Value End-Total rows based on the values posted to the Job Ledger Entry table that are within the the Totalling range of a Dimension Value.

Dimension Table below, return code 20499 when a value between the Totalling range is present in the Job Ledger Entry table.
