Hello,
Installing the Jet Enterprise I created a project for Nav 4. This is functional.
Now I try to create a new one for Nav 2017. After selecting from QuickCube Projects window the NAV 2013 - 2018 V4.0 project and click Download button I almost instantly receive "Column 'DataTableId' does not allows nulls”.
What does this error mean and what should I do to resolve it?

It would appear that you are trying to download the latest version of the project (all of the projects in the CubeStore were recently upgraded to the newest version - version 17.12.5) with an older version of the Jet Data Manager.
Once projects are upgraded, they are no longer compatible with older versions of the JDM. Updating your JDM should resolve the issue.
