I have a question regarding refreshing of pivot tables based on report built with NL functions (no use of "table" function) and some excel calculations (this is based on HR and calculates i.e. current age, time spent in the company etc).
I have built few pivot tables/charts based on this data, but after refresh the data are limited to the first line only.
Do you know some easy solution to solve the problem?
The report in based on at least few data tables.

Hello Marek -
When you define your Pivot Table, be sure to include the blank row or column beyond your replicated area.
i.e., if you are using NL(Rows), include the blank row after your NL(Rows) function. If you are using NL(Columns), include the column to the right of you NL(Columns) function.
Here is my simple example showing some customer data:
In Design mode, I select my header, the row with my functions, and the blank row after that. I then select PivotTable from the Insert ribbon:
When I run the report, the entire replicated region will then be included:
and, when my data changes, so will the pivottable:
