Hi There,
I am currently working on a Dynamics 365 CRM connection to Jet Analytics. This is through a CData Data Source and provided a link from CDATA.COM. After going through the article and following what the content is. I cannot established a successful connection. With that being said, is there anyone who can suggest or give a reference article that is more focus on Jet instructional guidelines on connecting Dynamics 365 CRM.
Any help is appreciated.

I assume you worked through the steps outline in Connect To Microsoft CRM Online With The Jet Data Manager.
Since you were not successful, I would suggest you submit a support request to have the Jet Support Team assist you.

I guess the KB is applicable on old version and perhaps the link that was given to me is the new doc guide.

You are correct. That article is for connecting to CRM Online.
For connecting to newer versions, the articles on Managing CDATA Providers and CDATA Connector Types would be helpful.
