Access is Denied Error

I'm using version 19.8.19072.1 (32-bit) on Windows 10 with Excel 365.  I'm not connecting to a Jet Service Tier so have just imported data sources which connect to a NAV 2009 R2 database.  Within this database there are 6 companies, each represented as a different data source.  I can run the "Test Connection" for each data source and all are successful.

Whenever I try and run a report I get the error message shown below:

In design mode the first row is showing the data but all subsequent rows just show #VALUE.  If I change the report to output rows from a single data source then it works fine.

I've logged this with support and they are unable to fix it.  It works fine on Windows 7.

 

Help please!
