Error when changing job from incremental load to full load and then back to full load from incremental load

The job was on incremental load before and running fine. Then I changed it to full load and job ran successfully. After changing it to incremental load back, it failed with warning and error.

Amir Daud know I'm super late to the party, but were you able to get this issue resolved?

I can't read your error message from the screenshot.
