I have went through and added all the fields we need to create a report and when I go to click OK in table builder it is grayed out and not allowing me to click it. I have created other reports and not had this issue.

Bryan Robinson Often this happens if something is not completed in the tool. In my experience, the most common reason is that you had multiple tables but did not create the link between them. As such, the tool would not allow you to click OK because it wouldn't be able to build the report without this connection.
