I have set up a dropdown list on an options page where I can change the period to review.
If I change the period and run the Jet report then the date in the cell reverts back to what it was before the initial report was run.
Can I stop this from happening?

Jet will always revert back to the original design when hitting refresh or returning from Report to Design mode. Use of a data validation dropdown is no longer recommended and I would recommend using Report Options to present users the ability to change date ranges.
