Ok, I have been working on the report but just can't get it correct. What I need is a trial balance with the following columns so that the finance team can visualize the balance on each account with the global dimension 1 & 2. And some of the account with data 
have blank dimension
Account Number
Department (Global Dimension 1)
Product (Global Dimension 2)
Beginning Balance
Debits
Credits
Net Change
Ending Balance
Does anyone have better solution? Appreciated your suggestion.
