Hours of Services
Support requests can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A technical support representative is available Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time, except on holidays. We will answer your support request within 24 hours of receiving it. If the support request was submitted outside our normal support hours, you will hear from us the next business day.
A support resolution is usually exchanged online via the online Technical Support system, but a technical representative may contact you via telephone or request a Zoom session to resolve an issue.
Who is eligible to receive Technical Support?
Technical Support is available at no charge to all licensed Jet Global users who are enrolled in the Annual Enhancement Program (AEP). To enroll or inquire about the Annual Enhancement Program (AEP), email orders.na@insightsoftware.com.
