Overview
When trying to log in to your Business Central Public Cloud data source on Jet Reports 23.1 or newer, the user is faced with the following message:

The login to Office 365 was cancelled. You are not yet authenticated.
Resolution Process
We will need to delete the 'MsalCache.bin' file in C:\ProgramData\Jet.Reports on any machine encountering this error. To do so, please go through the following process:
1. Open File Explorer and enter %programdata% in the address bar.
2. Open the Jet.Reports folder.
3. Delete the MsalCache.bin file.
Once the file has been deleted, you will need to restart Excel and then log into your Business Central Public Cloud data source.
