Locating your Jet Dashboard Builder Version

Overview

When dealing with dashboard issues, the Jet Support team will normally request that you supply your Organization's version information.  This is used primarily to determine whether the issue you're encountering has been resolved in a newer release of the software.  Please supply the version information for both your Jet Dashboard Builder AND Jet Service Tier.

Process

  1. Jet Dashboard Builder

Open the Jet Dashboard Builder and click Help -> About the Dashboard Builder

In the window that opens, your Jet Dashboard Builder version will be shown as below:

    Jet Dashboard Builder (Older Versions)

If clicking About the Dashboard Builder resulted in a website being opened, you will need to use the following method to locate your Jet Dashboard Builder version.

Navigate to your C:\\Program Files (x86)\Jet Dashboard Builder folder and find the Jet.DashboardBuilder application (as shown below). Right-click on Jet.DashboardBuilder and select Properties.

In the window that opens, click on the Details tab and you will find your Jet Dashboard Builder version listed under the File Version or Product Version listings.

  2. Jet Service Tier

By navigating to your Jet Hub, you will find the Jet Service Tier version information on the login screen

    Jet Service Tier (Alternate Method)

If your Jet Service Tier version was not displayed as above, you will need to use the following method to locate your Jet Service Tier version.

Navigate to your C:\\Program Files (x86)\Jet Services folder and find the Jet.Services application (as shown below). Right-click on Jet.Services and select Properties.

In the window that opens, click on the Details tab and you will find your Jet Service Tier version listed under the File Version or Product Version listings.
