Overview
The Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Member subscription is a named user subscription designed for users who are not tied to a particular function, but who require basic Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality. This license includes read access as well as some write access for select light tasks across Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality for a given tenant. Business Central Team Members can use Jet Reports and Jet Report Financials.

Here we see a user who is assigned to the D365 Team Member user group and has been assigned the necessary Jet Reports user permission set:
As compared to Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials or Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium users:

With either Jet Reports or Jet Reports Financials, we can have a Dynamics 365 Business Central data source
