Add Reminders to Budget Work Items


Overview

Once we have created Work Items to allow Budgets users to add data to our budget, it can be very convenient to remind users that the deadline for data submission is approaching or has passed.

Adding Reminders to Work Items

  1. While in the Work section of the Budget, go to the Reminders tab.

  2. Next, click Add Reminders

  3. Pick how many days before/after the deadline you would like for the reminder to be sent.

    Enter as many reminders as you need and then click Save.
