Jet Reports Historic Posts I don't know if this helps, but it's worth a try:

Jet Reports Historic Posts There are a few things that can cause this:
1) Jet Express is not installed {we'll assume this is not the case}
2) Jet Express is not activated for the user under whom the report is scheduled. Please make sure that you have logged in as the same user under whose login the reports will run and make sure that Jet is activated in Excel.
3) Excel cannot load the Jet add-in when Excel is started indirectly (e.g., when double-clicking on a file in Windows Explorer)
- Make sure that "Ignore other Applications using Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)" is *NOT* checked in the Excel Advanced options
4) Excel is being blocked (by another add-in) from loading the Jet add-in
- Make sure that no other add-ins are activated in Excel
5) Excel is being blocked (by a macro) from loading the Jet add-in
- Make sure the workbook does not contain any macros
6) Excel is being blocked (by security settings) from loading the Jet add-in
- Make sure that - when opening Excel - no security warnings are displayed in Excel
