Hi comunity,
I have this problem: on a Macbook I installed a virtual machine with windows 7 and Office 2016.
When I try to install jet express, I see an error message like this:
Microsoft Excel is not installed and it hasn't been found. Install Excel 2007 or a newest version, then retry to launch the installation process.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello ROBATECHIT,
When you run the installation for Jet Express a session of Excel is opened in the background to determine if 32bit or 64bit Excel is installed.
It sounds as though Jet Express is having a problem detecting that Microsoft Excel is installed.
Run a full repair installation of Microsoft Office from the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features menu and then test the installation again.
Best regards,
MWilson
