Hi,
I have just encountered an issue where the GL function is not picking up all the entries from NAV. Although when you drill down on the aggregate figure, then it shows you the correct entries (including the one that is missing from the report).
The report is showing GL Balance for Start Date = '01/12/2015' and End Date = '31/12/2015'.
For an example, see attached. If you look at L40 cell of the GL_Report, the amount showing is $288.18. However, when i drilldown on it (see attachment GL_Report_DrillDown) it shows me 2 entries for $288.18 and $14147.93.
i have also attached the source file. Please can this be looked into asap?
Thanks
Jasneet

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Jasneet,
Can you check to see if Entry No. 94649 on G/L Account No. 4000 is a closing entry?
e.g. C31/12/2015
It might be helpful to change your Drilldown setting to Drilldown into the NAV Classic Client directly to see if that may be the case.
This can be done in the Jet Data Source Settings > General tab.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello MWilson,
Thanks for your reply. In data source setting, all other Radio button options are disabled (see attached). Is it because i am using Jet Express?
Thanks

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello Jasneet,
My apologies, yes, that is because of Jet Express.
Can you manually navigate to those entries in the NAV RTC and verify if it is a closing entry?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Thanks for your help. The issue is now fixed. The client didn't close the income statement initially.
