If you create and run a Jet Express report - is there a way of going back to edit the report using Table Builder for example to add extra fields

  Hello -
  
  In recent version of Jet Express, you have the option to save the Table Builder template when you are done creating your design:
  
  
  
  You can then go back into Table Builder and open that template from the File menu:

  While that would be easy to do with Jet Professional, formulas are not available in Jet Express:

  Last question -
  If you add a field in the excel spreadsheet eg called comments and enter data for each row, when you press refresh it deletes all the added data - is there a way of only refreshing the nav data on the spreadsheet?

  The option you would have for accomplishing that would be to copy the resulting Excel table, paste it on a new sheet, and add your comment to that new sheet.
  
  Then, when you refresh the report, you could re-copy/paste to the sheet which already has your comments.
