Anyone experience an Automation Error?

The error message says: "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I uninstalled Jet Reports, Ran Disk Cleanup, Disk Defragmenter and then reinstalled Jet Reports and I still get the error message.

I also ran a 'Detect and Repair' on Excel.

If anyone has run across this and knows how to fix it, please let me know.
