Hi,
I have a JetReport showing the numbers of tonnes produced during periods and the YTD total (columns) and the products produced in rows. Depending on the date range I use, I will naturally get fluctuating coumns and rows. I would like to use the YTD total in another sheet in the same workbook. How can I link the formula in the other sheet to this total if it's constantly moving cells?
Thanks
Stuart

Jet Reports Historic Posts Official comment Have you tried to create a Namebox for your YTD total field?
Go to the design of your report.
Let's assume your YTD total field is in Cell K10.
Select that cell and select the Namebox. In Excel 2007 it is the white box in the upper left corner of your window, left of the formula bar.
Enter a Namebox ther - e.g. YtdTotal
On the other sheet you may now enter =YtdTotal and this will pick up your value as the Namebox moves dynamically when your report is run in Jet Reports.
In Excel Help you will find more info on Nameboxes. -
