Is it possible to report in XML format in stead of Excel forma with Jet Reports?

  When you say XML, it is hard to know what you mean. XML is a very generic sort of standard with many different "flavors". There are hundreds or even thousands of different types of XML. In Excel, you can save a workbook as XML (at least in Excel 2007 and later), so strictly speaking the answer to your question is yes because you could write a Jet Report in Excel and then save the Excel workbook at XML. However, if you're looking for a particular type of XML, you would have to be able to transform the XML produced by Excel to the desired type, which would take technical skills.
