Greater Than Issue

Hi, I am trying to get add a filter to a report we currently use. I want to add a filter to show only results $200.00 or greater.

Here is the formula that points back to the filters…
=NL("Rows","Sales Cr.Memo Header",,"+User ID",Options!$D$6,"+Name","*","Shortcut Dimension 1 Code",Options!$D$5,"Posting Date",Options!$D$7,"Amount",Options!$D$8)

Here are the filters:
Branch Code IL =NL("Lookup","Sales Cr.Memo Header","Shortcut Dimension 1 Code")
User ID * MDANIELS =NL("Lookup","Sales Cr.Memo Header","User ID")
Posting Date 9/1..9/30 =NL("Lookup","Sales Cr.Memo Header","Posting Date")
Credit Amount <199.99 =NL("Lookup","Sales Cr.Memo Header","Amount")

But the results are coming back with all credits, not filtered on $200 or more.

How else can I filter on results that are $200 or more?
