Payroll Control Code Help!

I am trying to run a report per employee for a certain fiscal year (or time frame) with their gross pay amount, total hours worked, 401k deferrals & loan paybacks. I am having trouble figuring out how to pull these 4 things into a report. I'm sure I'm going to need to use the Payroll Control Codes for the 401 & loan data but I just can't seem to get it to work. I guess I don't know what table or field to use so that info would be a big help. I'm also not sure how to pull the gross and the total hours (which table?) or will that be pulled from the payroll control code as well?

When I put the Payroll Control Code in, it just lists the name of the code on each line (Ex/ 401k EE) all the way down for each employee).
