Recently we start to encounter errors in our weekly Reports that used to be running fine. Today, when we open our usual Excel files, we suddenly see that the Designer Button has been grayed out. At Jetreport About, it shows that our license is viewer only. We have reload our license and have ensure that the designer name in Excel is correct and have reboot our PC. But it still shows that this is viewer license only. What happen?
