Balance table

I have a new company in my GP database. When I try to run a jet report for a financial statement on the new company the report line is loking for a balance table. The NL function returns a VALUE and I think it is because it cant find this table. Does anyone know how to install this table/view into a new company? Thanks

  I'm guessing either you need to install friendly names for the new company or you need to install the Jet GP Views. Either way, you probably just need to run the Jet GP Update utility which should be in your program files in Jet Reports -> Administrative Tools -> Dynamics GP if you're using the latest version of Jet Essentials. If it's not there, then you may need to run the Jet installer again and choose a "complete" installation or a "custom" installation and make sure you installed this tool. Does this help?
