We are currently using JetReports 9 combined with Excel 2007. From time to time we get a blank visual basic error screen when opening an excel-sheet. This error returns for about 10 times and then disappears. After this Excel works properly.This feature only occurs on machines where we have JetReports installed. In other topics I have read that this is a known problem at Microsoft (since 2009). Does anyone know if there is any solution for this problem available?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Rolf,
I believe the issue you're describing has to do with the ribbon interface in Excel 2007 and later, and I don't believe there is any way for Jet Reports to fix this issue since it is a problem in Excel itself. I don't believe it is fixed in Excel 2010 although I am not 100% sure of that.
