Ive just created a report like you describe and i cant replicate youre problem. What are you using as a link between item ledger entry and customer ?
I used NL("Link","Customer",,"no.","=Source No.") and that seems to be working just fine.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi
I am trying to report on the Item Ledger in MS NAV 2009.
I would like to summarize the data by customer name. When I link the customer table to the item ledger table the customer name is only being returned on the first row. Obviously this is a problem for pivot tables.
Any suggestions on how to get the value to return for every row?
