Hi there,
I am installing Jet Reports Essentials 2011 on a new PC using Windows 7 32-bit and Office 2010 Home and Business Edition.
When I try to install onto this PC, I get the error message "The Version of Excel is not installed or not supported" (Not word for word…)
I have installed this on other PC's where the Office 2010 version is Professional and this works fine.
Can you please let me know whether this version of Office 2010 is not supported and if so, why?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Michael,
I believe all editions of Office 2010 should be supported with Jet Reports. Make sure you are running the Jet Essentials installer as an administrator by right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as administrator". If this doesn't fix the problem, there may be an issue with the installation of Office itself and you may need to reinstall office (making sure to run its installer as administrator as well).
