Faulting application AutoPilot.exe, version 9.2.10103.0, time stamp 0x4bc4b757, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x45544154, process id 0x13d0, application start time 0x01cd47f886a4cd02.
Thanks for your help

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Mark,
So I assume you have some reports scheduled to run with the Jet Scheduler. AutoPilot.exe is the program that is used by the Jet Scheduler to run the reports that you have scheduled. I'm not sure why it isn't working, but this doesn't look like the sort of issue that we can help with on the community site (generally it's more for issues involving using the software or writing reports). You should create a support ticket with Jet Reports Support. They should be able to help you out.
Regards,
Hughes
