XML for Analysis parser: The LocaleIdendifier ..

I was getting the below message when I tried to drilldown on data within Jet Cubes.

"XML for Analysis parser: The LocaleIdendifier property is not overwriteable and cannot be assigned a new value".

In Region and Language we changed the Format (Formats tab) and System Locale (Administrative tab) to be correct for my location. This still caused the above error message

After some google investigation we did the following
1.changed the Format and System Locale to "English (United States)"
2. rebooted
3. changed the Format and System Locale to match my locale "English (New Zealand)"

This appears to have done the trick
