Hi,
Can anyone help us with this problem: the Jet scheduler does not work via our Terminal Server when the user is logged off.
I have already found a document on the support-site under knowledgebase ("Scheduled Tasks Do Not Run When Logged Off of Terminal Server"), but every requirement is ok. Even when we try this with administrator rights we still don't get a report…
Does anyone else has the same problem?
Is it required to have a dummy user that stays logged on to run the scheduled reports on the TS? Is this the only solution?
Thanks.
Bert

Jet Reports Historic Posts Official comment Just to inform you all that we had forgot to add the folder "Desktop" to our directory: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\desktop.
Problem is solved now. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi Bert,
No, there is not a requirement for a dummy user to stay logged in. This forum is more geared for problems using Jet. I doubt anyone here will be able to help with your terminal server problem. You should open a ticket with Jet support and they should be able to help you resolve it. Thanks!
Kind regards,
Hughes
