I’m trying to setup my first scheduled Jet report, and I’m going thru all the motions of setting up the date, time and frequency of the report to be sent out and I think I done everything correct yet no email or PDF file was ever created or sent. Question; is there any additional setup that I need to do for the jet report scheduler to work? I noticed that under the application settings there’s a box that says “outlook profile” and it’s empty which makes me believe I’m missing something that’s preventing the scheduler to work. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
Note: I even watched the instructional video and went thru all the motions and I still can’t get this to work.

Jet Reports Historic Posts As this can be a complicated subject that is very dependent on your own machine setup, it would probably be easiest to create a ticket with Jet Reports Support so that someone can look at your problem more closely.

Jet Reports Historic Posts Nope, as long as you are current on your Jet annual maintenance you can submit as many support tickets as you need to.
