Hi Tom,
There is no Jet service to do SMTP. You can turn on logging in the scheduled task itself on the Output tab. Specify a location for the log file an then run the task. The log file may give you some more information about why the email is failing. Does that help?

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi there,
We are pretty new to JetReports. We previously had SMTP scheduler function working using SMTP setup in "Application Settings"
Just recently it has stopped working. We have checked our SMTP server etc and it seems fine and when we run a scheduled report it appears to work however no emails are received or error messages shown.
Wondering if there is a Jet service we need to check is running on the server and any debug we can do on the SMTP service to see what the issue is?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
