How to link same table multiable times

Hi.

Just wondering if its possible to link the same table multiable times With table Builder.

Scenario: Table platts With Fields : Date,Item,Port,Price

In the table builder i Connect the table With the Fields: Date,Item
Looking like this in the table designer:

…Platts ;;;;1
… Platts ;;;;2
… Platts ;;;;3
… Platts ;;;;4

The output i want is : Date(1),Item(1),Port(2),Price(2),Port(3),Price(3),Port(4),Price(4)

There is unique startup value (Filter) for Port 2,3,4

Is this possible in any way With table designer and if not any other way to do this.
