I am not sure if I am missing something in the formula. Basically, I am look to have cells in J highlighted yellow if their value is higher than the corresponding cells in L. I can do this after the report is run, but it doesn't seem to work when I refresh it. Can someone please help? I have attached the report I am working with.

i think the problem is, that the conditional format is set to fixed cells ($K$15 and $M$15).
But when you run the report, additional columns are inserted by the "NL(Table)"function, so the fixed cell are moving to another array (eg $U$15 and $W$15).
What happens, if you don't set the conditional format to fixed cells ?
I can't try that in my enviroment (and i can't describe it very well with my "small" englisch vocabulary ;) )
