Sorting customer by sales amount

Hello everybody,

I have one Problem with sorting by customer. I copied the formula from N12 (NL (sum) for sales amount) to C12 and used the Quote function. That field (C12) i use for sorting in G12. Now i have run the Report without any Errors/value errors, but the customers are still sorting by No. (ascending) and not the calculated sales amount (descending). I don't understand why it doesnt work, because in C10 i did the same and the salespersons are sorted correct by sales amount. As relevant field in the value entries i use the field "Sell-to Source No." which i have new inserted. But I don't know, if it is the reason, that i don' t use the standard field (""Source No.").

During my further tests on an other data source i found out now, that the customers for the first item type are sorted correct. But for the other item types the report use also the same order for the customer, provided the customer is within the filter (see screenshot - both screenshots are from different data sources, hence the customer no are not the same.). Is it even possible, that the Report do a new sorting of the customer for every item type during calculation??? Or sort the Report only one time???
