Hello,
I had to setup Jet Schedule for one of our customers. However, Jet Scheduler should work when the user is logged off from windows and the output of the report should be emailed. I found the following How to article to do exactly this: htttp://kb.jetreports.com/article/AA-00490
I followed the article and added the user (to all the appropriate places specified by the article above and gave him all the appropriate permissions) that he/she needed to run the report while they were not on their computer.
However, the users that I gave the special permissions to seems to be working flawlessly (aka Jet Scheduler is working for them). However, when other users try to open Excel, "User Account Control" window pops up and the system is asking for Admin username and password.
What settings do I need to change in order to make Jet Scheduler work (for selected few users), while still letting other users run Excel.

Jet Reports Historic Posts From the sounds of it, it seems like the Scheduler is now being run with the higher permissions but Excel is not. My guess is that since the scheduler is within Excel, it is asking for those credentials in order to load the scheduler.
Have you tried running Excel as an Admin to see if that resolves the issue? Shift+right click -> Run as Administrator
If that works, you may simply need to set Excel to always run as an Admin. Right click on the program, choose Properties and go to the Compatibility tab. There should be an option for Run this program as an Administrator.
If those don't work, you may want to consider submitting a ticket to the Jet Support site to get help from the Jet Support Team. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts An additional step also would be to make sure to click on the button "Change settings for all users" after selecting "Run this program as an administrator."
Then click OK twice to close the dialog boxes.
