Hello Everyone,
This happened several times and I don't know why. Right now, I am trying to Filter Credit Memos by Territory, which is a Dimension. Say, I am chosing Territory 12 from the drop down, but the SUM comes as zero. I know there are credit memos for territory 12 (and not just 12), but not sure why it doesn't work. If instead on selecting 12 from drop down, I put "*", everything comes just fine.
Or, I know that there are also Credit Memos where there is no territory assigned. So, even if I put ">00|<99" to skip all available territories and SUM only Credit Memos that have no territory, I still get the total, which also comes with "*". Can you guys help?
Here is the formula I am using: =NL("SUM","Sales Cr.Memo Line","Amount","Posting Date","10/15/14..10/31/14","Territory Dim","<00|>99")
Thanks and have a great weekend!

Jet Reports Historic Posts Sure!
Just in case I purged cache and even restarted Ecxel. Thank you. -
Jet Reports Historic Posts hi,
is the "Territory Dim" a field in the table "credit Memo line" or in the Header?
Is it possible, that the "Territory Dim" is saved in a separate table, like "document Dimension", so you have to "link" to or "filter" at?
Can you post the whole code, also from your drop down?
