The user set as designer in the License console has all the designer icons greyed out.
The user name matches that in Excel and the application has been restarted a number of times.
All licences are active and no other user is reporting issues.
Can anyone advise anything else to check to resolve this.

Jet Reports Historic Posts HI,
check "datasource Settings", at the bottom in that window is a red or green "ball" and a text "****licensed as***".
If you click into the text, you will get a detailed Information.
