Hi ncinquemani -
As there are a number of situations that can interfere with Excel add-ins (other add-ins, macros, installing Office 365 updates, etc), you're best option would be to contact Jet Reports Technical Support (https://support.jetreports.com/).
In addition to the information you already mentioned (version of NAV & Jet Reports), you'll also want to provide them with the version of Excel, which other add-ins are present, whether your users are working on stand-alone PC or if you are in a server-farm environment, if this happens for one user or all…
They will help you troubleshoot the issue as they are experts in discovering which questions to ask :-)

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hi All,
We have a fairly regular problem with the Jet add in deactivating. The user will open excel and the Add in will not be present. When I look at Excel options, the add in is not activated. Any thoughts?
