I have had to re-install Windows, office 2010 & Jet on a PC, using the latest Jet Essentials, I have lost the old scheduler tasks so have created new ones, but when I run them now, I used to have a Jet Report with 2 pivots linked in different work sheets which had the Dates grouped in to Months & years. On the master Jet Report that the scheduler runs then the grouping is fine, but on the output report the grouping has gone & it shows every date across the report which is not user friendly. I have tried different options, but do not seem to be able to find the problem, as it used to be ok before the rebuild of the pc.
Not sure it is an excel issue or something with the latest Jet Essentials 15.1.15265.0?
please advise if you can help

My guess is that every time the scheduler runs the report, it is running and saving a new report so it is reverting back to the default state of the pivot tables.
What was the previous version of Jet you were using? Did you change versions of Office or anything else? -
Jet Reports Historic Posts I just tested on my system with the newest version of Jet and if I have the pivot table take all my individual dates and Group them by month, when I refresh my report, it returns to the default state of each individual date.

Jet Reports Historic Posts I have contacted Jet & they believe it is a bug in the latest release, so they have passed this onto their development team for review, so it is a Jet Report issue.
In terms of previous versions, I have used several (went live 18 months ago) & have updated several times, but it is the latest release that has this bug, office has remained the same.

Jet Reports Historic Posts If Jet is saying that it is now a known issue, then I would trust them on that. I've never used that functionality in previous versions of Jet which is why I was unsure that it worked outside of the newest version.

We are using the latest professional 2017 version of Jet and we also have this problem.
