Hi all,
After upgrading to JetEssentials 2015 (and from NAV5.0 to NAV2015) viewers are having problems with running reports that are running just fine on my PC, being a designer. When simulating viewer mode I get results, so I'm a little bit lost here.
All viewers are also registered in NAV2015 in the same way as they were in NAV5.0.
As far as I can see all settings are just fine, but JE seems to find 'No Company in the database" and urges me to check the datasource settings.
Our ICT-department has generated a MSI-file so all employees have the same settings so I think it is strange that I can run the report, my colleagues in the Finance department can run the report, but none of the colleagues in the company seem te be able to run it.
Are we missing something here?
Anybody else had this problem and care to share the solution?

The most likely issue would be that there is some difference between your settings and those of the users outside of the Finance dept.
If comparing your settings with those of one of the users experiencing the issue does not reveal an obvious difference, I think your best option would be to contact Jet Reports Technical Support (https://support.jetreports.com/) so that they can help you investigate.
