Dear all,
I have a huge problem to install JR on my PC. After upgrading to a new Office Version (365) I receive an error message while installing Jetreports. The message is in german but I try to translate:
"Microsoft Excel is not installed or the current version is not supported"
Does anybody has a solution please??

Jet Reports Historic Posts Hello -
For issues like this, your best option is to contact Jet Reports Technical Support (https://support.jetreports.com/).
They will want to ensure that you are using the latest version of Jet Essentials (available here –> http://jetreports.com/download/)
and they will want to know what version of Microsoft Excel is installed on your system ("365" is not a version… it's more of a licensing option).
