I had a user that was having a issue with Jet Reports. I uninstalled then re installed Jet essentials. Now not only is the Jet Ribbon missing, but no data shows up in Excel. The Jet Ribbon is enable in Excel and the Macros setting are correct.
Any advise on why the ribbon disappeared and the data missing?

You mentioned that the Jet Essentials add-in is enabled. Could you verify that?
Click: File > Options > Add-Ins
Do you see "Jet Reports" listed under the Active Application Add-ins section? -
Jet Reports Historic Posts Yes I double checked. So It didn't work for about 2 hours then Magically the Jet Ribbon came back and it's working fine. I have no clue how that occured

Jet Reports Historic Posts I went in on the Admin side of the computer and re added the data sources. It is working fine now on the admin side. I will check with the user on Monday
