This error is showing it is being reported by Jet Express.

I suggest running a full repair on the following as the first step in troubleshooting this issue:
1. Microsoft Office
2. Microsoft .NET from the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features menu
Retest the report.
If you have a Jet license and are supposed to be using Jet Essentials/Jet Professional, then reactivate by clicking on the Jet tab > Help > Activate Jet License… > Activate online (recommended) and then enter your activation code if you have one.
